This Amplify Berlin Community night took place during a record summer heatwave. The hanging plants of the Acud Backyard got nourished with light while the electrified red neon light of the Acud Club reflected the intensity of the sets of the showcase. For this month’s showcase the legend Drew McDowall was mentoring Chloé Lula and Hüma Utku. All offered us astonishing and blasting live sets. A big thanks to them and to the audience, waving their fans or improvising some with Amplify Berlin Flyer (We forgive you) to beat the heat.

Congrats as well to Abigail Toll, Cenk Ergün and René Margraff – the participants of the Microtonal Sound Workshop with Marc Sabat who opened the night with their Composing With Intonations Concert.
